Lauren Horsley
I’m Lauren. I am the Co-Founder of H&H Care Services, a provider agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered services to individuals with ID/DD. Through this role, I lead with a commitment to quality, regulatory excellence, and client-focused care. I’m a consultant with over 15 years of hands-on experience supporting individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), along with more than a decade in the insurance industry specializing in business process improvement and project management. This unique combination of clinical and operational expertise allows me to help provider partners deliver high-quality, person-centered residential supports while maintaining compliance and driving long-term efficiency.
I take a systems-oriented approach to sponsored residential services—guiding agencies in streamlining operations, aligning with regulatory requirements, and building sustainable models of care. I’m deeply committed to equipping providers with the tools, training, and infrastructure they need to thrive in today’s evolving care landscape.
In addition to my consulting work, I also serve as owner of Fabulous Excursions, a travel agency that curates exceptional experiences with a focus on service, personalization, and accessibility. This entrepreneurial venture reflects my broader passion for creating meaningful, enriching experiences—both in professional care settings and in everyday life

Charisa Hamlett
I’m Charisa. I am the Co-Founder of H&H Care Services. I’m a seasoned professional in the intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) field. With over 20 years of dedicated experience supporting individuals with I/DD, I have worked in a variety of roles ranging from direct service to program management. My long tenure has given me deep insight into person-centered support and advocacy; experts note that decades of experience in this field emphasize the importance of “asking the important questions” and promoting client self-advocacy and self-direction . Throughout my career I have been committed to upholding the rights and dignity of the people I serve, ensuring each individual has the opportunity to exercise choices and independence.
Throughout my career I have demonstrated strong leadership and supervisory skills. I have held positions such as program director and clinical supervisor, overseeing teams of support staff and coordinating comprehensive I/DD services. In the I/DD sector, effective leadership is known to be critical: industry observers have noted that an “inspiring IDD service leader with purpose and vision” is vital for both organizational success and the well-being of staff and clients . My leadership style combines vision with compassion; as the field evolves with new regulations and models, it increasingly needs “excellent compassionate IDD provider leaders” . My colleagues regard me as a thoughtful manager who fosters teamwork, professional development, and high-quality supports.

Outside of my work in I/DD services, I also serve as the CEO of Blow Boss Balloons, an event design business. This entrepreneurial venture highlights my creativity and ability to manage a small enterprise, complementing her community-service background. By combining my extensive disability-service expertise with strong organizational and creative skills, I’m regarded as a versatile and capable leader. My professional reputation is built on a foundation of experience, compassion, and unwavering commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.
